Mark
B. Gerber, M.D.
Doctor Gerber obtained his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt
University. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma
College of Medicine in 1994. Doctor Gerber completed his
Neurosurgery Residency at the Medical University of South
Carolina in Charleston. Here he received specialized training
in Skull Base Surgery and Spinal Instrumentation. This
makes Doctor Gerber the leading specialist in southwest
Florida for complex tumors located at the base of the
Brain. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological
Surgeons.

Desmond
Hussey III, M.D.
Dr. Hussey is board certified in neurology and certified
by the American Society of Neuroimaging for the interpretation
of CT and MRI scans. After graduating from medical school
at the University of Miami he completed his internship
at Northwestern University Medical Center and his residency
at Emory University. He completed a fellowship from Johns
Hopkins University in the study of chronic pain and specializes
in neurology, pain management and neuroimaging.

Joseph
A. Kandel, M.D.
A diplomat of the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry
and the co-author of many nationally recognized medical
self-help books, Dr. Kandel graduated from Wright Stare
University' School of Medicine (Daytona, OH), completed
his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital (Columbus,
OH) and completed his residency at the University of California
Medical Center in Irvine. He also serves as an assistant
clinical professor at the Wright State University School
of Medicine. Areas of specialty include neurology, pain
management, migraine headaches, back pain and hand and
arm pain.

Michael
D. Lusk, M.D. (Webmaster for Neurosurgeon.com)
Dr. Lusk is a board certified neurological surgeon and
a diplomat of the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
He graduated form the Louisiana State University School
of Medicine in 1979 where he received the highest award
in neurosciences. He completed his internship in surgery
at the Johns Hopkins University school of Medicine, and
his Neurosurgery residency at Louisiana State University
School of medicine. Dr Lusk trained at the Ochsner foundation
and Charity Hospitals in New Orleans, with additional
microsurgical and neuro-computerization in Zurich, Switzerland.
He specializes in all facets of Neurosurgery, especially

Thomas
C. Morell, M.D.
Dr. Morell graduated form the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine,
completed his internship at Metropolitan Hospital in New
York, and completed his residency at New York University
Medical Center. Dr. Morell also served as chief resident
at Bellevue Hospital in New York and completed a fellowship
in pain management at the University of Florida in Tampa.
Specializing in neurology and pain management, Dr. Morell
also has published a presentation on local anesthesia
and special skills in CT guided nerve blocks.

A. Novak, M.D.
Dr. Novak is board certified and a diplomat of the American
Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. He completed both his
medical and neurology training at the University of Florida.
Memberships include the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor
Society, American Academy of Neurology, Florida Society
of Pain Management and the American Medical association.
He specializes in neurology, pain management, neurodiagnostics
and headache disorders.

P. Rubino, M.D.
Dr. Rubino is one of our newest associates who graduated
from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine.
He completed his internship at Akron City Hospital, ad
his residency at the University of South Florida Department
of Neurology. He is a member of the American Academy of
Neurology and the American Medial Association. Special
interests include movement disorders, memory disorders
and multiple sclerosis.

P. Schengber, Psy.D.
Dr.
Schengber, a clinical neuropsychologist, graduated from
Nova Southeastern University with a Doctorate in Psychology.
He completed his residency and post-doctoral training
in clinical psychology at the 45th Street Mental Health
Center in West Palm Beach and post-doctoral trainiing
in clinical neuropsychology in private practice. He is
a member of the Florida Psychological Association, the
American Psychological Association and the National Academy
of Neurospsychology.
